It’s 2007 in Fresno, Texas. Raphael is in jail after a graffiti arrest. He’s a good kid. It’s just graffiti. So Raphael can’t be blamed for the events that unfolded after his arrest. He’s not responsible for the sting operation, the new Pflophouse mix tape, Officer Williams and his delusional suspicions, the meth pipes, the FBI, the rich kids with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the Pig, all the knives, the wannabe local reporter, the plutonium deal gone bad, or anyone who may or may not die because of that deal gone bad. None of this is Raphael’s fault, but it’s his problem.
